I think Johnny Depp deserves an Oscar for his performance in Public Enemies, but I doubt they are going to give it to him. The Academy is very unfair, for an example in 2007 Johnny deserves the Oscar for his role in Sweeney Todd and dont get me wrong Daniel Day Lewis deserve it as well but the Academy must make another category for movies like Sweeney. Art is art and deliver a great performance doesnt mean being homosexual or retarded. That is like a formula you need to win an Oscar. I think make a character real or believable its what really make a great actor.
