Quincy Jones to buy back hip-hop magazine Vibe

Quincy Jones was the founder of R&B Vibe magazine back in 1993. The magazine was said to be a popular choice of around 600,000 people at that time. According to CNN.com, the recent reports of the down fall of the magazine has shocked the previous owner Jones.
It was reported, Steve Aaron the chief executive at that time, closed down the popular magazine on Tuesday, putting all blame on lack of money for marketing and huge debts owing. It has not been disclosed just how the magazine ended up in such a state or if any future plans have been decided for the magazine.
The founder of Vibe magazine Quincy Jones, is said to be upset at the demise of a company he had once built and felt passionate about. According to a source of CNN, Jones said, “They just messed my magazine all up, but I’m gonna get it back.”
