If NBA fans wonder what their favorite players get up to in the off-season, you may now know. According to monolith.com, the Cleveland Cavaliers player LeBron James, who is the self-proclaimed King of basketball, is spending his heading up a basketball training camp.
Reports say that the camp, known as the LeBron James Skills Academy, is sponsored by NIKE and is there to give high school hotshots a chance to train with the best, LeBron himself. Although word has it, that there could be a new challenger to LeBron’s throne.
Young and budding sophomore Jordan Crawford apparently got the upper hand on LeBron during a pickup game, when he dunked, two handed on the 6-foot-8 Cavaliers superstar. And with the cameras rolling at the time, it was quickly taken care of.
LeBron reportedly called Lynn Merritt, who is NIKE’s Basketball Senior Director over so he could have a few words. Only a few moments later, Merritt approached the cameramen and confiscated the tapes. So unfortunately, we haven’t got the exact video.

What a chump? I have lost all respect for LeBron and it has nothing to do with this kid dunking on him. It has to do with the fact that he can not even get recognition to this kid and it is nothing but a game they are playing. I am boycutting all Nike products and will not buy anything Nike. What a joke for a company?!! It is no big deal and they are treating it as if someone took down superman and they do not want anyone to know.
EJ is sucking Lebron James sooo badly right now. He cries about anytime something happens to LBJ, and tries to make excuses for him.
Lerbon James is the most overrated player in the history of the NBA/ABA, and that is a fact.
Sure, he is a good player, and maybe a top 5 or 6 player in the NBA.
But Lebron James got dunked on…by someone who isn’t playing basketball at the highest level either!!!
LBJ even told the Nike crew around, to collect everyones tapes, from whoever video taped the game. It wass a two hour game, and it happened about 20 minutes into the game. People don’t lie about this. I bet LBJ isn’nt even going to admitt to that happening, until they constantly talk about it, and he is just going to sniff it away, and say it’s true quitely, just like Michael Jordan did when Allen Iverson crossed him up, and proved MJ can’t guard anyone, yet no one can guard Iverson.
Lebron James is a little baby. He doesn’t want people to see the dunk, so he gets the NIKE people to take the people’s tapes. What a self-centered, ego-maniac, selfish player and person he is.
I have never seen such a selfish NBA player like Lebron James. LBJ plays for the stats. Not a ballhog, for points. But just look at his game against the Knicks where he dropped over 50 points on them, in 2008-2009. He pushed his teammates, and fell out of bounds almost injuiring himself, in a game that was already over, just so he could get what he thought would be a historic 50 point triple double game.
Lebron James is very overrated, and anyone who likes him understands very little about the player and person he truly is, and most of the people are brainwhased.

you say James is overrated, to me that sounds like a kobe fan talking. Have you looked up his career stats lately. Not 2 many players have better even kobe 4 that matter.

It was definitely a B**** move to take away the tapes and people won\’t leave that alone for a long time cuz i would have definitely loved to see it and rub it in the face of many lebron james fans that i know. But oh well. My imagination makes the dunk so incredible haha.

I think that if LeBron is behind the tapes being confiscated than it is a shining example of a very young man acting stupidly, a “lil biach” move if you will. BUT, I think everyone reading Dan’s tirade agrees that Dan clearly possesses 4 things: “Issues”, extra time, a ham and bacon sandwich, and dusty basketball in his closet that he hasn’t used in 20 years.
Just goes to show you that Michael Jordan is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME AND THE CLASSIEST!! And turns out that Jordan Crawford has quite a bit more class than LBJ. See the ESPN interview.

I Saw the video for the short time it was on the net, if Nike didnt take the video from the kid, It would be all over the internet still, Lebron is the man, but the kid jammed it right down his throat
