Michael Jackson’s Kids: Custody Hearing Delayed

It appears that the future of Michael Jackson’s three children still hangs in the balance, as the custody hearing is delayed. And apparently it was at the request of both Michael’s mother Katherine and the singer’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe, who is the mother of the two eldest children.

Reports say that the hearing has only been delayed by a week, to allow both Katherine and Debbie to come to some sort of amicable agreement. It is believed that Debbie Rowe has not given any indication in the court filings that she wants to apply for custody.

Michael’s mother Katherine has been given temporary custody of the children, whilst the court proceedings continue. And this is apparently not the first time that Katherine and Debbie Rowe have asked for a delay in the court hearing, which is not said to be on July 20th.

    Debbie Rowe “sold” her kids to Michael. The judge should nicely tell her that you can’t “sell” the same commodoties twice (since I think this is all $$ signs to her)

    The poor kids should stay with the only family they’ve know…the Jacksons.

    Look, Michael & Debbi had an agreement for her to have his kids. I would’ve carried his babies for that amount of money. Most women would whether they will admit it or not. There’s a lot of things that we don’t know about that strange family. My dogs could raise those kids better than Grandpa Joe. He abused his kids, worked them like slaves and now wants to do the same to the grandkids? If I was Debbi, I’d fight for them too. Whatever money’s involved, so be it. I’m sure she loves the kids in some way. She didn’t want kids & did Michael a favor. Just as any other person having a baby for someone else. Give her a break!!
