Today sees the riders continue the 2009 Tour de France, as they set off to complete stage 10 of the race. They have had their one day of rest and now prepare to leave the Pyrenees and tackle the first of three flat stages of the competition.
Stage 10 will see the riders pedal 194.5 Kilometers from Limoges to Issoudon, which is a first time Tour de France finishing city. And according to examiner.com, it looks like it was to be a good stage for Mark Cavendish, Thor Hushovd or Tyler Farrar.

Although, today is Bastille Day in France, so it is more than likely that a French rider will try and win this stage of the race. The overall standings should remain the same through this stage with Rinaldo Nocentini, Alberto Contador and Lance Armstrong in 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
