It’s coming up to that time, when the Emmy award nominations are announced and many TV fans are wondering who it will be this year. Well, according to buddytv.com, it appears that cable is dominating this year, with shows like “Dexter,” “True Blood” and “The Shield” all getting multiple nominations.
And we can see on the comedy side that it may well be “30 Rock” that dominates, with tons of acting nominations for stars such as Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Jane Krakowski and Tracy Morgan. There could also be something in line for Toni Collette, Debra Messing and Danny McBride.
So could we see “Damages” and “Lost” amongst the Best Drama Series, or Best Drama Actor going to James Spader, Hugh Laurie or Michael C. Hall. And we may well see “The Big Bang Theory” or “Weeds” being amongst the Best comedy series nominations.
