It was a great night for David Letterman’s “The Late Show” last night, when Paul McCartney paid a visit and performed for the crowds outside the theater. And the audience appeared to love him as he spoke about the Beatles and his memories of Michael Jackson.
But according to baltimoresun.com, it wasn’t until he performed with his group atop the theater’s marquee, that he really got the crowds going. He chose a Beatles classic “Get Back” and also performed a new track “Sing the Changes,” which is off his latest album “Electric Arguments.”

Whilst David was interviewing him, he spoke of how he enjoyed working with Michael Jackson and said that they had been very good friends. After the show had finished, he played extra songs, which included “Band on the Run” and “Coming Up.”
