A woman has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Pittsburgh Steelers’ quarterback Ben Roethlisberger recently claiming that he allegedly lured her into a hotel room and sexually assaulted her. According to tmz.com, the incident happened in July 2008.
The woman, who has been named as Andrea McNulty, is supposedly suing Ben for sexual assault and battery, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment. Although Ben has denied all of McNulty’s allegations and claims he was in Reno at the time.

Ben claims that at the time of the incident, he was in Reno for a celebrity golf tournament. He was reportedly served with the legal papers at the weekend, which was when he was also photographed at another celebrity golf tournament with Michael Jordon.
