It appears that actor Kiefer Sutherland, who is probably best known now for his role as Jack Bauer in the hit show “24,” has been let off the hook in two cases that he had against him. The first case was to do with an incident in which the actor headbutted a fashion designer back in May.
According to people.com, a spokeswoman from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office said that after a full investigation, they had decided not to prosecute. Both Kiefer and the alleged victim Jack McCollough, had apparently resolved their differences after.

The other case against him was a possible violation of probation, which Sutherland is currently serving due to a second DUI conviction back in 2007. A spokesman Frank Mateljan from the L.A City Attorney’s office, said that they were not seeking violation of probation.
