American film director Tim Burton has been behind some great films such as “Edward Scissorhands,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” And now, he has a new movie “Alice in Wonderland,” that is due for release in 2010.
According to buzzdemon.com, “Alice in Wonderland,” which sees Johnny Depp working with Burton again, will be premiering in 3D next year. Depp apparently takes on the role as The Mad Hatter and Australian actress Mia Wasikowska takes on the role as Alice.

And with some other big names involved in the movie such as Anne Hathaway as the White Queen, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen, Matt Lucas as Tweedledee and Tweedledum and voices from Barbara Windsor and Stephen Fry, it is set to be good.
