It was only late last year that rumors surfaced on the Internet, claiming that rapper Lil Wayne had been shot and killed, which was obviously untrue. And now according to manolith.com, it appears that someone else has decided to start up the same rumor mill.
Another rumor has surfaced on the Internet about Lil Wayne and again it’s claiming that he has been shot, but this time it was meant to have been at a Georgia airport, after his Virginia concert. And yet again, it is someone’s sick idea of a joke and is totally untrue.
Apparently these fake celebrity deaths seem to always appear on the Internet on a Sunday night or a Monday morning and are possibly just done to see if they are able to circulate the web. And the idea of Lil Wayne being shot at an airport of all places, does seem silly.
