GI Joe Movie Review: Last hour starts to wear thin

With the recent release of the new action movie “GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” moviegoers may be wondering if it is worth going to watch or not. And although I think it looks really good from the trailers I’ve seen, some people might just have different opinions.

According to newsok.com, the movie is loosely based on the Real American Hero action figure line that was originally introduced in 1983. But apparently, the Joes no longer just represent the American military, but they are also a secret NATO organization.

GI Joe Movie Review: Last hour starts to wear thin

The movie sees Army buddies Duke, who’s played by Channing Tatum and Ripcord, who’s played by Marlon Wayans, join forces with the elite military unit called GI Joe, which is apparently led by General Hawk, who is played by Dennis Quaid.

The film tries to explain the connections between the characters by flashbacks along the way. And the characters don’t seem to gain much depth throughout the film. One review has said that the movie is full of action to start, but does wear thin in the last hour.

THIS MOVIE was SWEET. For all of you pansy critics who say there was no plot, no acting, and the thing just sucked… GO TO ****

This movie was up there with Transformers 2. It was sweet, but for some reason the critics hate it…

I think that we need some new critics, because when one of the top movies, like Transformers 2 gets HORRIBLE reviews…. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!!! and unfortunately GI JOE got the same crap…

EVEN THOUGH THE MOVIE WAS AWESOME
