Many “American Idol” fans were left shocked recently, when the news broke that Paula Abdul had quit the show. After all, she had been a judge alongside Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson, since season 1 of the reality TV series in 2002.
According to rollingstone.com, Paula has spoken out recently about quitting the show, saying that she doesn’t know what her post-Idol future holds. The show is certain they’re replacing her though and the search for a 4th judge is underway.
Paula has promised to keep in touch with her former castmates. She even claims that judge Simon Cowell is missing her already. And apparently, judge Randy Jackson and host Ryan Seacrest, were both shocked and stunned to hear she had quit.
