It certainly has been a great weekend for fans of Mixed Martial Arts. The highly anticipated UFC 101 event took place on Saturday night and there were a few great fights taking place including the main-card fight that saw Anderson Silva take on and defeat Forrest Griffin.
The Silva versus Griffin fight has definitely got UFC fans talking, with some of them quite shocked at the outcome. After all, it did seem to end very quickly, with a knockout in the first round. And we can’t forget the fight between BJ Penn and Kenny Florian either.
Kenny Florian was quite confident beforehand, saying that he was going to take the title away from BJ Penn. But that didn’t happen, as BJ Penn dominated the fight throughout and beat Florian to defend his title. Watch the video below for the UFC 101 highlights.
