Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart Tape: Response to video

A private video of “Grey’s Anatomy” actor Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche, has leaked onto the Internet recently and according to msn.com, the trio have been quick to respond to the leak of their private video.

Reports say that a website posted excerpts from the tape, which apparently features the trio nude in a bedroom and a bathroom. The video in question is said to be about 12 minutes long and was shot inside Peniche’s apartment about two years ago.

Yesterday, a lawyer working for the TV star husband and wife issued a statement. The statement apparently says that although the participants of the tape are nude, the tape is not a “sex tape.” The lawyer also states it was for personal use.

And a lawyer for Peniche, who was once a patient on “Celebrity Rehab,” also spoke out about the video. The statement said that it is an unfortunate incident where consenting adults were having fun but are now victims of having private matters made public.
