Lauren Conrad on Kyle Howard and new clothing line

Reality TV star, author and fashion designer Lauren Conrad, may well be a California beach babe, but even she admits that she sometimes lacks in the exercise department. Lauren has just shot her second “Shape” cover.

According to peoplestylewatch.com, she spoke out recently about her romance with actor Kyle Howard and her new clothing line. Lauren admits that at the start of her relationship, she did get a bit soft around the middle.

She says that she calls it the “boyfriend layer,” after going out for more romantic dinners and exercising less. But nowadays, Lauren claims that she and Kyle actually go to the gym and do their workouts together.

And when she isn’t exercising, Lauren is kept busy by working on her newest adventure in design, LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s, which is due to hit store sometime in October. Lauren will apparently feature in the September issue of “Shape.”
