With just one day to go before Avatar is previewed in Imax theaters worldwide, the Apple website has the Avatar movie trailer online. The trailer is just two minutes long, but it offers just enough footage to wet your appetite.
According to LA Times, the Avatar movie trailer is offered in either standard or HD format, the latter is a must. Sam Worthington from Terminator Salvation can be seen in the trailer. He is a paraplegic who is linked to an alien life form who comes from the planet Pandora.
Avatar reunites movie director James Cameron with actress Sigourney Weaver, as they worked together on Aliens. Just last month at Comic-Con, Cameron had released a 24-minute preview of his new movie. The featurette that will be shown at more than 100 Imax theaters worldwide will run for 16 minutes.
