Usain Bolt Closer to Third Gold at Athletics World Championships

First he won the 100m, then he amazed everyone and won the 200m and now Jamaica’s Usain Bolt, is raring to go on Saturday, when he will compete in the 400m relay. According to usatoday.com, the Americans have just advanced to the 400m relay finals and will be up against the Jamaicans.

When the Americans ran, they made sure that the baton never had a chance to drop to the track, relying on safe and slow exchanges. They now face Usain Bolt and the Jamaicans in the 400m finals of the 2009 World Athletics Championships that are being held in Berlin.

Although the Americans were running without Tyson Gay, they still advanced with the top overall time. The Jamaicans, who were running without Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell, finished second in their heat. But Usain is really focused and is aiming to win his third Gold.
