We recently reported that VH1 had officially announced the cancellation of Megan Wants A Millionaire and I Love Money 3. This was the only route of action that VH1 could take since it became known that one of the contestants was accused of the murder of Jasmine Fiore.
The Examiner explains that since VH1 had to cancel both shows otherwise it would erode their brand. The one positive thing that can come out of this is that these reality shows will have to revise its criteria for contestants on future shows. This means that these shows will have to reevaluating its vetting process.

It is no secret that TV networks look for the most interesting contestants, viewers do not want to watch a boring person. However, since an alleged killer was allowed on a reality show, this whole process will now have to change. We only hope that the shows do not become bland in the process.
