More on the Little League World Series now, as we have a report for you from the other semi final in the series between New York (2-1) and San Antonio, Texas (3-0), which took place yesterday.
As reported from Examiner, the match between the two teams created a bit of history in the making, as it was the first time that Texas had played a team from New York at the Little League World Series of baseball.

After a lively start, it was Texas who gained the upper hand first, scoring two runs during the first innings. In the second innings, they extended their lead with Texas’ Nick Smisek and John Shull scoring a RBI double followed by a RBI run to make the score 0-4 to Texas.
However, New York did manage to get on the scoresheet with a run due to bases loaded, making the final score 4-1 to Texas.
