2009 College Football Schedule

Next week sees the start of the 2009 College Football season, which will see universities; colleges and military academies from all across America compete. College football has become an extremely popular sport amongst alumni, students and other fans of American Football.

The 2009 season starts on Thursday 3rd September and will carry on for about 17 weeks. A couple of Thursday’s games include North Texas at Ball State, Eastern Kentucky at Indiana, North Dakota State at Iowa State and South Carolina at North Carolina State.

And looking at the 2009 schedule at espn.go.com, there is only one game scheduled for Friday 4th September. But there are plenty of games scheduled for Saturday 5th September including Sacramento State at UNLV and Southern University at Louisiana-Lafayette.
