Jeff Hardy Leaves WWE: The Real Reason

If you watched this week’s episode of WWE Smackdown, you would of seen Jeff Hardy’s emotional exit from WWE. It had been rumored to be happening for months, but on Smackdown, Jeff Hardy ‘could’ of had his last match for good.
The real question we should be asking here is: Why would Jeff Hardy choose to leave? It was no secret that his contract was coming to an end this month, but does he really see a future away from the WWE – or is there more to it than that?
During Smackdown, he took part in a rematch for the WWE Heavyweight Championship against CM Punk in a Steel Cage match. Then Punk proposed the stipulation that whoever lost, had to leave the WWE.
Of course, Jeff Hardy went on to lose the bout in an epic encounter, thus prompting him to address the Smackdown audience in an emotional farewell. You could see that there were no jokes throughout the crowd, with even some of them bursting into tears.
It just seems strange that all this has happened to Jeff so quickly. At one point, he was on top of the world with the belt attached to his waist, with nothing seemingly able to stop him.
Then came the sudden reunion with his brother Matt, followed by the loss of the title at SummerSlam in the brutal TLC match. Could this be a quick solution from Vince McMahon’s point of view in ‘fixing all the loose ends’ before Jeff left for good?
Then again, Jeff did point out during his speech, that he ‘may’ return to the ring at some point, so maybe he is just taking a temporary exit for now.

Im sad about this as well, i have been a fan of jeff hardy back when i was in junior high, and then my little brother became a huge fan of him too, my little brother who is only 6 said he is not gonna watch smackdown anymore, i am feeling the same way
I’m sad,too. But i just think that he needs a break. You remember the story with Undertaker and Vicky ? He was banned and after a few months he returned to smackdown, so i think the same will happen with Jeff
i think jeff hardy is done for good even tho i am a big fan he wrote on the internet that he did not have the passion for wrestling any more and that he was tired so i think that is the last of jeff hardy at least we have undertaker back.

I as well as many others, was sad to see Jeff go ,I BAWLED my eyes out when I found out,for one thing I think CM Punk cheated ,and he should be the one leaving the WWE ( FOREVER ).Punk does’nt deserve that belt I hope he loses the belt to someone like mysterio( my 2nd favorite ).I may only be 10 years old ,but I know what im talking about when I say that punk is a dirty,filthy CHEAT!!!!!!!
Finally I won’t have to ache my eyes watchin this half-witted, sentimental & pathetic excuse of a WWE Wrestler (not to mention, overtly feminine) week after week runnin his word hole, & all the people cheerin for him. He was never worthy of being WWE champion, jus like most other wrestlers nowadays (Cena, Edge, etc.). Nex thing I’m lookin forward to is WWE kicking out Cena and Edge.

u know the WWE does this a lot… some1 “leaves, quits, gets injured” and then suddenly to get our attention off of the person who happened to “Leave, quit, or got injured” out of the blue comes some else! IE: Batista became champ as triple h got injured and then as triple h recovers batista gets injured and then triple h goes for the gold. this happens a lot and now hardy loses his gold and “leaves” wwe and taker is back so we have taker vs punk… just something to think about. all I know is that once HBK and Taker leave WWE so will I.

With Jeff gone and it constantly being an Orton/HHH show I no longer wanna watch. Hardys just brought something great that is now over in the WWE.

on a strange note cm punk drove hardy to the hospital after the show where he was stainoned next to long time rival on the show and long time friend in real life “The rated R superstar edge.”
stone cold will not return but someone else is in a month or so edge will be returning and after being in contact with edge he has revealed his first target is the straightedge superstar and may even team up with jeff if jeff returns to take him out.
he says “this is not goodbye forever, this is only goodbye for now”
We all hope Jeff will be back soon. Hopefully by wrestlemania we will see him.

Jeff Hardy has been one of my favorites for a long time. He was the main reason that I still tune in to watch Smackdown. The things he does in the ring are unreal. He has been one of the few to keep the “extreme” element in the WWE. You cannot do the things he does on a weekly basis and not be in constant pain, so it’s no wonder that he needs some time to get healthy. I applaud Jeff for every amazing moment he’s given us, and hopefully he will return one day and amaze us all again.
IM SO SAD WHEN I HAVE HEARD THAT JEFF HARDY WILL LEAVE wwe…..i really expect now that jeff hardy will come back soon..i hope it would happened…please come back jeff… i will miss you!…
Jeff Hardy would be a better entertainer if he would work on his speeches or maybe he’s just dumb and can’t talk much!

I love Jeff I really do but like he said a few weeks ago his doctors told him to get out while you can. I would rather see him leave now then when he’s all busted up and it hurts him to get out of bed. He gave us 10+ years of great show and he will get in to the hall of fame so to are beloved Jeff hardy I say goodbye we will miss you.

Being a Jeff Hardy Fan makes it difficult to see him leave, however he said that it was not forever, Plus Matt Hardy posted a blog on the WWE Universe section of WWE.com that Jeff has 2 herniated discs in his back, along with some neck inujuries, plus that Jeff suffers from Restless Leg Syndrome which makes it hard for him to sleep, So i highly doubt he will be wrestling with TNA, He’ll be resting for a while, maybe doing things with his band

After reading an article on the web yesterday, (Jeff Hardy arested for drugs) could be the real reason he left. It sounds like he might need rehab. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of WWE and Jeff Hardy.

Jeff Hardy has left WWE due to suffering from a condition commonly known as Restless Legs Syndrome which has been affecting him over the last few months. He hasn’t scheduled a time when he will be back, but hasn’t ruled out a return to TNA Wrestling, along with former WWE Superstar Mr. Kennedy.
This isn’t a contract dispute, this isn’t a storyline, it’s for health reasons why he hasn’t renewed his contract. The door is still open from both WWE and TNA and he will see what he decides in the future.
Right now, let’s just wish him a speedy recovery and that he gets back in the game soon as he is sorely missed.
