Photos of Daytime Emmy Awards 2009 Winners

As we mentioned earlier, the 36th Daytime Emmy Awards 2009 were held on Sunday. Many stars from daytime television, gathered at the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles, to either receive awards or just to be there to support their fellow cast members.

Vanessa Williams was the host for the night, which saw some great awards given out. According to stupidcelebrities.net, the Lifetime Achievement Award went to “Sesame Street,” which has been entertaining and educating children for around 40 years.

The award for Younger Actor in a Drama Series went to Darin Brooks, for “Days of Our Lives.” I must say, Darin Brooks was looking rather smart in his pin-stripe suit. The award for Talk Show-Informative went to “The Tyra Banks Show.”
