Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar: 19th Child On Way

It has been confirmed recently that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are expecting their 19th child. The news is hardly surprising we think, but we’d still like to hear your thoughts on it.

As reported from FoxNews, Michelle Duggar has made a statement on the news saying that the family is ‘very thrilled’ and “We just couldn’t believe it is happening.”

Perhaps they will go for the big 2-0 after this one lands, what do you think? It looks as if it may be a double celebration after the announcement that the Dugger’s oldest child Josh, 21, and his wife Anna, 21, are also expecting their first child together.

    I think its a little over the top. I mean, who makes enough money to support 19 children. I hope the state is not paying for her baby making game. It seems that this woman has been pregnany since she said I DO!!!!!

    It may be a little over the top for the vast majority of us (Me inlcuded), but unlike may people with a third the number of kids… The Duggers aren’t on any government support whatsoever. They make em… They pay for em! So I say “go for it”.

    Who makes enough to pay for 19 kids? Jim does! Jim is a smart businessman and has done well for himself and his family. They aren’t on any government programs. It is called being finacially responsible, and the government should try it. It is their family and they can have as many kids as they want.

    are you people nuts yes the gov does help them how the heck you think they got that house done by there looks. she makes me sick any dr is nuts to be her dr. they need to remove tubes.all she does is spit kids out and then makes the older ones take care of them sick

    This family is absurd and their trend is really frightening. Do the Duggers think that the world has endless resources? There are too many people on earth…black, white etc…all religeons…TOO MANY PEOPLE and NOT ENOUGH FOOD AND ROOM FOR ALL.

    Think of how many disposable diapers (that take 75 years to go away) she is putting in the landfill every year. If she needs this many kids she should use cloth diapers and wash them herself.

    Why are there too many people on the earth? Do you know how big the world is? They paid for their house, they pay for everything they have. I would never ever think of doing what they do, and I certainly don’t agree with their views on god, but if there are two more people in this world that are good at being parents, I am yet to see it. They find the time to love and nuture and care for their children, they are debt free and even I can see how much they love their children. Which is more then I can say for most parents with alot less children. Maybe those parents shouldn’t be having children and the Duggers should be allowed to have as many as they want.

    The issue here shouldn’t be whether or not the the family is taking government hand-outs. The problem with having so many children the kind of lifestyle those children are being forced to live. It is fundamentally important for children to feel loved by each of their parents individually. How much one-on-one time can Mom and Dad possible spare with 19 children? The older ones are forced to be “parents” to the younger ones before the even reach puberty. My fear is that the Duggar children will lash out in adulthood for never having had a childhood.

    The Duggars are NOT IN DEBT and NOT A BURDEN TO SOCIETY!!! They make their own money owning commercial properties, buy items used and second hand, building their home instead of purchasing and making wise financial decisions. More power to them!
