Singer Whitney Houston, who has sold over 140 million albums over the years, made her first TV performance in seven years yesterday, when she appeared on the “Good Morning America” show. Houston filmed her short set in a packed out Central Park.
But according to rollingstone.com, the diva appeared to dance her way through the first chorus, rather than sing. This just confirms recent reports, that suggested Houston’s first appearance, which was to promote her new album “I Look To You,” left her breathless.
When Whitney finished performing the song “Million Dollar Bill,” she said “I love you New York” and thanked everyone for coming. After a little break, Houston surprised the crowds, by singing her classic song “My Love Is Your Love.”
Her fans also got treated to the title track from her new album and “I’m Every Woman,” asking the hosts Robin Roberts and Diane Sawyer to join her. Houston said her exhaustion yesterday, was due to her having to tape an Oprah Winfrey appearance on Monday.

It was great seeing her perform with her daughter. What a great experience.
I’ve read some bad press and she did crack a little; but i’ll keep pulling for her.
