Another episode of ABC’s show “Shaq Vs” aired last night and this time, four-time NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal, stepped inside a boxing ring and took on 6-division, world boxing champion Oscar De la Hoya. Did you watch last night’s episode?
Don’t worry if you didn’t, as we have a quick recap. According to examiner.com, When Shaq entered the ring; he went by the alias “Manny Shaquiao” and he was accompanied by Freddie Roach, who is the trainer of the real boxer Manny Pacquiao.
The fight wasn’t scripted at all and was only for show. And surprisingly enough, it seemed quite entertaining, with Shaq being quite light on his feet and able to deal with De la Hoya’s speed in the ring. Of course at the end of the fight, De la Hoya was named the winner.
