It has only just been announced, that Ellen DeGeneres is to join the “American Idol” judges panel, and already she has had a comment from “America’s Got Talent” judge Sharon Osbourne. And according to people.com, Sharon said that Ellen will be a breath of fresh air.
Sharon says that if they would have replaced Paula Abdul, who quit the show in July, with another singer such as Janet Jackson or J-Lo, it would have been too expected. And it appears that “America’s Got Talent” host Nick Cannon, has also given his approval.
Cannon said that he knows Ellen is going to be amazing at it, as she knows how to have fun. Although at the same time, Sharon says that she understood Paula’s predicament at the time and says that she did a lot for that show.
