NFL Field Pass Down: Problems listening to live games online

According to mashable.com, NFL Fieldpass has gone down with limited accessibility. Because it is a paid Internet radio service for listening to NFL games, this has upset a number of fans.
If that’s not enough NFL GamePass – which is a paid HD service for watching the games online – is also down, what’s going on guys?
This is not good timing for NFL fans because this has happened on the opening weekend. Field Pass was improved in 2009, but looks like they are having some technical difficulties.

Game Pass is great when it works – I had it last season and it worked well. For it to crash on the opening weekend this season is very poor. The NFL will surely have to offer a week’s refund to all subscribers.
Sadly, when I emailed their contact address to discuss this, I received a reply, which stated that the priority of this issue was “low”.
It wasn’t a low priority when they accepted $239 from me for this service, which they then failed to provide.
