Ok, I’m mixed race half black and half white (with a little indian) and I honestly have NEVER in my life seen a person black, white or any other race act in such a rude, classless manner. Kanye West has always been a bit egotiscal and outspoken it was annoying yes but you deal with it. BUT to basically say your opinon at the moment when someone is recieving their award, that is about as selfish and thoughtless as they come. What’s worse is that Taylor Swift is pretty much a baby starting out in the music industry,she’s young and naive and so when she gets an award its a big thing for her. Seriously Kanye what on earth is wrong with you. You destroyed her moment and runined what was meant to be a fun night. Have you no pride, shame or just general sense of decency? What Kanye did was uncalled for and I am so grateful that Beyonce had the couretesy to let Taylor have her moment back. So for the people bringing race into it, thats stupid cause Beyonce is African American and she knows how to act in public. This is not a racial thing. It’s a ego thing. I was a fan of Kanye’s until he displayed such immaturity again. He’s done this before; ignorance is something that comes naturally for him. Beyonce deserves recognition for stepping aside and letting that nice girl give her acceptance speech. As far as the other comments here, I scanned through them; the person that refers to Kanye’s girlfriend as a trashy whore has the same amount of dignity as Kanye. None.

And please, leave Kanye’s mother out of this. I agree with Pacific Coast Highway’s message. The people that have to slander his deceased mother have absolutely no class, just like Kanye West. And as for Lil’ Mama jumping onstage during Jay-Z and Alicia Key’s performance, that was pathetic. I’m sure that Mr. Kanye West wouldn’t appreciate somebody interrupting him during one of his acceptance speeches. Aside from possibly attracting attention as a publicity stunt, this gentleman (and I use the term quite loosely for Mr. West), definitely has no class. Apology or no apology, drunk or sober, he should not have done what he did.

I’ve never been a fan of either so my opinion is completely unbiased. At first I was shocked and angry that ANYONE would assume they had some right to give their opinion of who should or shouldn’t win an award that is based on public voting in the first place. I also watched his apology on Leno and it seemed sincere. The bottom line is he offended Taylor and she has accepted his apology so who are any of us not to????? It’s between them. He is human and we all make mistakes. That is how we live and learn and grow. So instead of anyone consuming themselves with hatred towards him which creates more hatred between strangers (ie…blogs, forums, tweeting…..) why don’t we just try to fix problems in our own lives?! Get off the computer and call a friend you haven’t spoken to since that fall out. Make amends with a relative. Ask your child how their day was. Do something that matters to YOU in YOUR world. PEACE……………
