Dan Brown, who is the author of the book “The Da Vinci Code,” may well have outraged the Vatican when he wrote that book, but it seems that his latest book “The Lost Symbol,” has got the approval of his latest subjects, the Freemasons.
According to nytimes.com, Brown’s new novel “The Lost Symbol,” which hit the book stores today, sees the return of the fictional symbologist Robert Langdon. This time, the story takes place in Washington, over a 12-hour period.

Apparently, a representative from the Freemasons in Australia said that “The Lost Symbol,” is the work of a terrific novelist. He said that there is nothing in the book that will offend his organization and said they are very pleased.
In fact, they are so excited about the book, that they have even started a book club. “The Lost Symbol” will apparently have a global English language first-print run of 6.5 million copies. Let us know what you think of this book.
