Kanye West VMA 2009: Taylor Swift talks apology, 50 Cent black eye

Following on from our recent story on the whole Kanye West and Taylor Swift issue, People.com is reporting that West has offered Swift an apology. This has not stopped 50 Cent saying that he would black his eye if West had done it to him.

According to ABC News Radio, Kanye West made a telephone call to Taylor Swift apologizing for his recent behavior at the MTV VMA. Swift said, “Kanye did call me, and he was very sincere in his apology, and I accepted that apology.” She also added that she does not think that there will be any conflict between the two in the future.

In the video below, you can see 50 Cent talking about the incident. The rapper is just the latest in a long line of stars is growing each day. 50 Cent said that he would have got a knuckle sandwich from him. He also added that Kanye West would not have tried that move on Pink; she would have certainly had something to say about it.

    Kanye was being racist towards Taylor! We are fed up with the severe racism being delivered to white people and no media will admit that racism is what is going on!
    Picture Beyonce winning and Vince Gill grabbing the mike to say Taylor should have won! Everyune would have NO trouble seeing the racism then!

    So many people have been saying Kanye is racist and the whole incident was about race even though beyonce is Jay Z’s wife and jay z is like Kanyes older brother. I believe what Kanye did was wrong and he made a total ass of himself but how many times has his crazy ass ran on stage or said something that should not have been said. you would think people would have been calling him racist when he said George Bush dosent care about black people, but they waited untill he interupted a country singer now he’s racist all these people saying its about race are probably from the south and they love country music most likley and now that some black guy interupted a country singer and said someone else who is black deserves more recognition he is a damn racist.

    It isn’t about race, it’s about how Kanye felt that Beyonce should have got it. The look on Taylor’s face after he spoke was like “OMG what’s just happened?” She looked like she wanted to cry! I felt so sorry for her! Kanye West should not have said that because he didn’t gain anything from saying it and Beyonce didn’t agree with Kanye West either; she let Taylor have her moment.

    Basically, Kanye West should not have said that at all, it was completely inappropriate.

    i don’t think that kaneya west is racist!!!
    what he did was wrong, but he had an opinion but he should’ve keep it to himself!!! taylor swift deserved to win, shes young, pretty, full of joy and she still has a lot of good things waiting for her!! the public voted for taylor and not beyonce so kaneya west shoul have not said anything!!! i think he was drunk.
    he had been drinking with his girlfriend before!!! it was good of taylor to accept the apology!!!! i hope this stays in the past!!

    Kanye tried to pull an O.D.B and did a poor job at it. He spoke for a brief second and immediately handed the mic back. If you’re going to do something ignorants, by all means make it ignorant. Everyone is so upset because it happened to a young white girl. I’m white. I listen to Taylor Swift. I hate Kanye mostly and Beyonce is not special to me either. Should Taylor have won imo? Absolutely. Should Kanye be martyrd for something like this? Absolutely not.
