Serena Williams talks about sister being murdered

In a recent interview with “Good Morning America,” famed tennis player Serena Williams decided to discuss her recent US Open tirade, as well as her new book “On the Line.” And according to abcnews.go.com, Serena is regretful of her actions.

Serena told “Good Morning America,” that she just lost control and got a little over-excited, at Sunday’s game. Williams has now been fined $10,000 and is waiting for tournament officials to decide, whether there will be any further punishment.

Williams also spoke about her new book “On the Line,” which talks about her ups and downs, to become the world’s top-ranked female player. It also talks about her sister Yetunde Price’s shocking murder back in 2003, when Serena started to struggle.

She said that everything came crashing down around that time, and says that it was really hard to go through it. Williams got quite upset and started tearing up, when she spoke about how her sisters are part of the motivation for her to tell her story.
