Should Kanye West be forgiven after Taylor Swift Incident?

It has been a few days now, since the events at the MTV Video Music Awards involving Kanye West. It looks as if the dust still hasn’t settled, with a lot of people still venting their frustration over his actions. We were wondering is it now the time to forgive Kanye West after the Taylor Swift incident?

Of course, all the talk at the moment is about President Obama calling Kanye a ‘jackass’ off the air. Its no doubt that Kanye must of heard his comments by now and would be pretty upset to know that the President has got involved in the situation.

Should Kanye West be forgiven after Taylor Swift Incident?

Then there was his apology that he made on the Jay Leno show, in which he actually broke down when asked what his mother would think about the situation.

Considering that he has already phoned Taylor to apologise and the fact that she has accepted his apology, do you think Kanye West should now be forgiven over what happened?

    On the record it should have been accepted, but off the record she should have told him to take his fake appology and shove it!

    If he was REALLY sorry, it would not have taken him so long or so much negative publicity to make the appology.

    I respect the fact that Kanye publicly and privately apologized for his behavior and Taylor was gracious to accept the apology.

    What do you people want from this man? He apologized to talor on national tv, he called her personally, and she forgave him, he got called a jackass by the first black president, and every celeb in the world seems to want to kick his ass. I hope these same people remember this when they are in the news for something they did, and get it 2 times as bad because they were privileged throw stones this time. It seems people wont be satisfied until Kanye’s blood runs in the streets.
