Last week, the Thursday Night Football schedule was all about the NFL season opener. But according to associated content.com, starting from this week the Thursday schedule will be just for college football. Well for a while anyway.
The Thursday Night College Football schedule for 2009 started a couple of weeks ago, with the ugly game between Oregon and Boise State. Last week in college football, Georgia Tech almost lost their 24 point lead to Clemson, but didn’t and won.
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets go to Miami tonight, to face the 20th ranked Hurricanes. And next week, the fifth ranked Ole Miss Rebels will visit South Carolina. Thursday Night Football will carry on with college football, until the NFL resume in November.
