For those of you who are looking forward to the Alabama vs. North Texas, then do not get your hopes up, as this is not expected to be the best match of the 2009 college football calendar. According to sources, this is just a tune-up game for Alabama, as they settle in to more major games in the season.

Alabama had already played a game last week, but they did not take the game seriously enough, but the team got into their stride when they met Florida International. Still, the Alabama vs. North Texas is expected to be just another game for Alabama to take it easy.

The Crimson Tide will now have to step up their game in future matches. Their next few games will see them take on Tennessee-Chattanooga and Auburn, which is when the SEC schedule begins. Next week is when Alabama will have to up their game, as they will face three SEC West teams.
