Anna Nicole Smith’s psychiatrist and improper relationship

Recent reports, from The Associated Press have revealed that an attorney for the doctor accused of having a sexual relationship with the late Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith has spoken out recently, about how she is outraged by those claims.

Ellyn Garafalo, who is the attorney for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, says that he is openly gay and never had a social or sexual relationship with his patient, Anna Nicole Smith. Garafalo also claims that a picture of them together, was taken at a gay pride event.

And it appears that DR. Kapoor, wasn’t the only one accused of an improper relationship with the former Playboy model. Psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich was also accused of an improper sexual relationship with Anna Nicole Smith.

These accusations were apparently based on photographs, found on a computer. The photos were said to be of Smith and Eroshevich, naked in the bathtub together. Eroshevich’s lawyer reportedly declined to comment on the pictures.
