Robert Pattinson Isolated: Are you happy?

British actor Jack Huston, who is Robert Pattinson’s “Eclipse” co-star, has spoken out recently about how Robert doesn’t get to hang out much anymore. According to entertainmentwise.com, while filming “Eclipse” in Vancouver, Robert has a prisoner-like existence.

The reason for this, is because everywhere he goes, he gets followed by hundreds of people, many of them fans just wanting to catch a glimpse of the heartthrob. Jack says that it is a price to pay for fame, but hopes that Pattinson is handling the isolation alright.

Jack, who makes his “Twilight” debut as Royce King II in the third installment in the vampire series, says that Rob doesn’t get to socialize, for fear of being accosted by fans and paparazzi, although he did manage to escape his hotel recently, to attend a private party.

    I think it’s awful. This frenzy is out of hand. Sure there are some great fans out there, all they want to say is hello. But then there are the “nuts”, and unfortunately those are the ones he and his security have to be concerned about. Hopefully, all this will die down soon, as most of these things do. Just ask the Johnny Depp and Leonardo DiCaprio’s of the world…..

    That is really sad that he cannot leave his hotel. People really need to understand that acting is a job and not everyone expects and or wants people chasing them because they did a real good job…..just say “thanks” I enjoyed your acting….People just have to get their act together and leave actors / actresses alone esp. when they are out on date or with their faimilies.

    It’s very sad. He went from an unknown to the biggest Hollywood star in a matter of months. That’s not an easy thing. He doesn’t just have paparazzi following him, a lot of crazy fans are on his ass every minute of the day as well. Hope he gets a break soon to just cope. Bless him.

    They can’t even have a normal life! They have to hide in their rooms to avoid the paparazzi and crazy fans. I feel sad for them. This is a good example of why people like Johnny Depp do not live in this country. Give them some space people!!

    Leave him alone!!!We will be the ones who will lose out if he leaves acting. We won’t be able to enjoy seeing him. Now he is locked up and we miss out. Maybe Kristen can help him to take better care of himself. Clean up and look good all the time for his fans that love him. He needs new clothes also. We need to see more Robert !!!!!!!!!! He is beautiful.
