Kandi Burruss Fiance Has Died: AJ Jewell Killed

AJ Jewell, the Fiance of The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss has been killed at a northwest Atlanta strip club. WSB Atlanta reports that A.J. Jewell had died following a head injury, which he had got following a brawl at the Body Tap club.

Lisa Nelson, Burruss publicist confirmed the death of AJ Jewell, she went on to say that her client had been informed of the incident, Nelson has now asked for the media to give the family time to come to terms with the death of Ashley Jewell.

No arrests have been made yet, as police are still unclear what started the fight. According to Showbiz Gossips, Lt. Keith Meadows of Atlanta Police released a statement saying, “It appears he received a severe blow to the head because he was involved in an altercation in the parking lot.”

Police have since contacted a star witness to incident; they hope that they will be able to give them some answers. Police did say that it does not look as though the killing was planned.
