Singer Gwen Stefani celebrated her 40th birthday on Saturday, by having a rather quiet afternoon birthday bash, at Cennino’s Italian restaurant in West Hollywood. The No Doubt band member was joined by her husband, her two children and a small group of friends.
The weekend celebration, took place in the restaurant’s private and romantic Butterfly Room, which according to people.com, features a $1 million heart shaped Damien Hirst painting and a crystal chandelier and was all decorated, especially for Gwen.
All the guests, which included actress Kate Beckinsale and her husband Len Wiseman, enjoyed a family style Italian lunch, with plenty of appetizers, pasta dishes and salad, with wine and champagne to top it all off. Gwen was then surprised, by a big birthday cake.
