Nicole Richie Crash Update: Paparazzo arrested

TV personality Nicole Richie was involved in a car collision on Monday, after a paparazzo who had been tailing her, allegedly crashed into the back of Richie’s car. And according to contactmusic.com, the paparazzo has now been arrested, for driving without a license.

Richie, who starred in “The Simple Life” alongside Paris Hilton, was taken to a nearby hospital in Los Angeles, by her boyfriend Joel Madden’s twin brother Benji, who Nicole was apparently seen with shortly after the crash happened.

The paparazzo, a Mr. Eduardo Arrivabene, was apparently cited at the scene of the crash, for driving without a license, but has now been arrested for misdemeanor. Reports say that the guy tried to tell the authorities, that it was his passenger driving at the time.

    This needs to set a precedent. He is lucky that it seems like there was no serious injury to Ms Ritchie…isn’t she pregnant? A real tragedy could have happened. I understand freedom of the press, but there has to be a line drawn where these kind of things don’t happen. Think Princess Diana! Next tragedy is going to be Rob and Kris….it needs to be avoided….
