Battlestar Galactica Season One: Blu-ray for the first time

Fans of Battlestar Galactica will know the television series well, and that it started in 1978. Glen A. Larson created the original TV show, which has been followed by video games, comic books, and novels based on the series.

Universal Studios Home Entertainment has released Battlestar Galactica season one on Blu-ray. This four disc set features 1080p VC-1 video accompanied by 5:1 DTS-HD Master Audio Soundtrack. Previously only available as a full series on Blu-ray.

Some of the extra features on the discs include The Oracle U Control, Deleted Scenes, Behind-the-Scenes Featurettes, and more. Disc one includes the BD Live download center, and disc four has a personality quiz called “Are You a Cylon?”.
