Bob Barker Gives $3 Million to Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund

It has been reported that Bob Barker, the famed TV host of The Price is Right, has donated $3 million to help with funding towards the construction of a new hospital in Bethesda, Md.

As reported from AbcNews, the new center will specialise in helping military personnel who have suffered brain injuries. Barker, who himself served in World War II as a naval aviator, donated the money after he found out the center was struggling to re-coup the $3 million it needs to be completed.

84 year old Barker is now retired from his television duties, and also devotes a portion of his time towards awareness about animal rights.
