Dr. Dre’s ‘Detox’ Album Delayed Again

Dr. Dre’s first studio album in 10 years since his 1999 smash hit ‘2001′ has been pushed back again to 2010. The album was set to be released by the end of 2009, but Dre is still unhappy with the end product.

A decade has now past, and for years now the Dre fans have been eagerly anticipating the release of the next album entitled ‘Detox’. Real name Andre Young, has worked on a host of albums and tracks recently. Including Eminem’s latest album ‘Relapse’.

Dre spoke to ABC news; “I’ve been working on the album for the last ten years. Hopefully I’ll get it done at the end of this year and we can hear it next year.” We got a sneek peak of the new material in the latest Dr. Pepper advert which can be viewed below.
