When it comes to Oprah Winfrey’s career, the famous chat-show host has been pretty lucky on the litigation side. Back in 1998, she won a defamation case that was brought by cattlemen, who weren’t pleased about her comments on burgers, during a show about mad cow disease.
And this year, she apparently beat back a trillion dollar lawsuit against her, by a poet who claimed copyright infringement. Then more recently, she filed a suit against some marketers, who apparently claimed, that she had put her stamp of approval on dietary supplements.

But according to recent reports from reuters.com, a former flight attendant that worked on Oprah’s private jet has now filed a federal lawsuit against Oprah’s production company. The woman claims that she was fired, after being accused of having sex during a flight in June.
