Dancing with the Stars 2009: Michael Jackson Salute Planned

The late King of Pop Michael Jackson, will apparently be receiving a 16-dancer salute on the reality TV series “Dancing with the Stars.” According to people.com, the Michael Jackson salute will feature on the live results show, on October 20th.

Executive producer Conrad Green has confirmed, that the show’s professional dancers, have been preparing a very special tribute, to three of Michael Jackson’s most iconic songs. Green says that they wanted to do something fitting for the legend.

Green went on to say, that Jackson’s music has featured in their show about 13 or 14 times, since it first started airing. The routine will be choreographed by several of the show’s professional dancers, including Cheryl Burke and Mark Ballas.
