Karina Smirnoff: Loves Being Single

Professional dancer Karina Smirnoff, who is currently partnered with singer Aaron Carter in season 9 of “Dancing with the Stars,” has admitted in an interview recently, that she loves being single, despite only just splitting with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

According to people.com, 29-year old Maksim, who is also Karina’s “Dancing with the Stars” co-star, has been a bit despondent since he called off the couple’s engagement. But recent rumors that have suggested a relationship between Karina and Aaron may not have helped.

When asked about it, Karina said that she sometimes reads the things wrote about her, and wishes that she was living that life, but says that she has learned to deal with it. As for the Aaron Carter rumors, she said that they are just friends that dance and have fun.
