There seems to be some extremely good news for U2 fans, as it has just been announced recently, that the band will be streaming their weekend Rose Bowl concert live on the YouTube video sharing site. According to abcnews.go.com, the band made the announcement on their website.
Sunday’s show, which is being held at the Rose Bowl in California, is already a sell-out. There is an expected audience of 96,000 and U2 say that this is the first time that a large show like this, has ever been streamed live. Manager Paul McGuinness said that they have wanted to do it for a long time.

The show will apparently stream live across five continents thanks to YouTube. There is also said to be two replays of the show, which will be available after the live feed. Many U2 fans travel long distances to see their favorite band, but now they can watch the show in the comfort of their home.
