Corinne Bailey Rae Announces ‘The Sea’ Album Release Date

We may not have heard from British singer Corinne Bailey Rae in a while, but now she is back and has recently announced the release date of her new album “The Sea” and according to people.com, it is being released on 2nd February 2010.

The thirty year old Leeds born singer, whose husband was found dead back in March last year, has spoken out about the album recently and has said how she channeled her grief into some of the new songs that feature on there.

Corinne posted a video on her Website, saying that she hoped the fans would like the new album, which she says she co-produced. Before her album is released, Corinne is due to perform some shows in the US, as well as a London show.
