The New York Yankees were meant to take on the Los Angeles Angels yesterday, in Game 6 of the American League Championship Series. But because of the heavy rain, the game was unfortunately postponed until today, Sunday 25th October.
According to reports from latimes.com, the game was apparently postponed two hours before the scheduled first pitch. But both teams should be able to play under much more hospitable conditions, now that it has been pushed back until tonight.

Both of the team managers, Mike Scioscia and Joe Girardi, have decided to stick with their original starters in Game 6 tonight. So it will be Los Angeles Angels’ left-hander Joe Saunders, facing New York Yankees’ left-hander Andy Pettitte.
