Leona Lewis: Attacker Is Unfit To Stand Trial

When it was announced recently, that singer Leona Lewis had allegedly been punched in the side of the head during a book signing, it left me and many others quite shocked. Many fans and fellow celebrities couldn’t understand why it had happened.

Now it appears that the guy responsible Peter Kowalcyzk, is not fit enough to stand trial. According to eonline.com, reports have said that Peter’s lawyer told the London Magistrates Court this morning that his client had been deemed unfit to stand trial just yet.

After Peter was arrested, he was sectioned under Britain’s Mental Health Act. He is currently undergoing psychiatric evaluations. This has obviously put a damper on things and the case against him has now been rescheduled to the 23rd November.
